This training is open to everyone, from beginners looking to deepen their practice to experienced yogis seeking to become certified instructors. No prior certification is required. Upon completion of this course, you will be equipped to offer yoga classes to your students and community, enhancing their well-being and addressing issues like stress, addiction, trauma, depression, and insomnia.

Mel Rhodon

Founder of Yogis Choice Academy, Yoga Mel Rhoden is an E-RYT 500, YACEP, and RYS with over five years of global teaching experience. Specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Nidra, and Yin yoga, she creates inclusive spaces for healing, transformation, and self-discovery. Through her teaching, Mel blends ancient wisdom with modern practice, guiding students to awaken their power—on and off the mat.

Shaka Xolani

Shaka Xolani  is an E-RYT 500 registered yoga teacher, trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Restorative yoga. She holds an MA in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation and believes yoga is a path to freedom and self-knowledge. Her teaching blends breath, alignment, and meditation, offering both dynamic, strength-building discipline, alignment and energetic focus and slower, grounding practices.

Hope Davis

A certified 200-hour yoga teacher with four years of experience, Hope Davis sees movement as a path to healing and self-expression. Trained in Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra, she creates sacred spaces for students to explore presence, liberation, and deep connection. Her classes blend fluid movement, breath, and stillness, guiding students to free their mind, body, and soul through yoga.
